The Question Wall is here. If you have a question on an item of interest, just write it on the item’s wall. Best of all, anyone else who finds this item will see all the questions and answers about the item. This eliminates duplicate or repetitive questions overtime and enables the community to expand the item’s description. As a result, the request process is now more efficient.

So now item owners can be confident that the requests they receive are of the highest quality from members ready to rent, trade or take an item. Requestors can now ask their question with ease (no form to fill out) and without hesitation (no concern about placing an invalid request).

How to use the Question Wall

On item detailed page (Item Profile) click on the link “Ask a question” or just page down until you see the Description tab section, click on the Question Wall.

Read the already asked questions to see if your question has already been asked and answered. If not, ask your question by filling out the form.

An email will be sent to the owner of the item and you will be notified via email when an answer has been posted.

Have fun writing on the wall but remember to not abuse it. Only ask questions pertaining to the item.
